These Terms and Conditions form the legal basis for Rayna Tourism LLC’s (“Rayna Tours”) New Zealand visa services. By submitting your New Zealand visa application through our website or authorized channels, you give your irrevocable consent to use our services in compliance with the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the client, customer, or applicant) and Rayna Tours.

1. Scope & Procedures

Rayna Tours strives for accuracy and timely processing; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays or rejection of visas due to factors including, but not limited to:

- Missing, invalid, or ambiguous supporting documents
- Errors or omissions in information supplied by the applicant
- Security checks, background verification, or additional requests by INZ
- Technical issues or downtime in the New Zealand immigration system
- Non-booking or incorrect booking of flights or accommodations
Any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to such issues shall be borne solely by the applicant.
Rayna Tours recommends that applicants do not book flights or accommodation until their visa is approved, unless required by INZ.
2. Documentation
Before traveling, you must ensure that you meet all New Zealand immigration requirements, including a passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond your intended date of travel.
In order to facilitate smooth visa processing:
- Submit all required documents within the specified timelines.
- By sending your documents to Rayna Tours, you authorize us to use them for visa submission.
- Appointments, processing speed, and verification procedures are determined solely by INZ.
Upon completion of processing, Rayna Tours will return all relevant documents, such as confirmation letters, visa printouts, travel insurance, and other supporting materials. You must confirm receipt via email on the same day, otherwise Rayna Tours shall not accept responsibility for any discrepancies.
If your New Zealand visa is issued online, you must check it immediately and notify Rayna Tours of any errors on the same day. Lack of notification will be considered acceptance of the visa.
Any changes in travel plans must be communicated to Rayna Tours in advance. Failure to do so is entirely the responsibility of the applicant.
3. Fees & Payment Methods
To avail of New Zealand visa services from Rayna Tours, applicants must pay all required government fees and service charges in full at the time of application.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Online bank transfer
Visa fees, service charges, and requirements may change without notice according to Immigration New Zealand regulations. All payments are processed immediately.
4. Processing Time
Processing time for New Zealand visas varies depending on:
Visa category
- The applicant’s nationality
- The volume of applications processed by INZ
- Additional verification or documentation requirements
- All timeframes provided by Rayna Tours are estimates based on prior experience.
Processing time:
- Begins the next business day after receiving complete documents
- Excludes weekends, public holidays, and unexpected system downtime
- May extend due to INZ’s internal assessments or security checks
Rayna Tours shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the New Zealand immigration authorities.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
All decisions regarding visa approval or rejection are made solely by Immigration New Zealand (INZ).
Rayna Tours:
- Has no influence over visa decisions
- Cannot guarantee visa approval
- Is not liable for rejections, delays, or additional conditions imposed by INZ
All evaluations are conducted exclusively by the immigration authorities.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once Rayna Tours has opened your file or submitted your visa application:
All government fees paid to INZ are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
Rayna Tours’ service fees are refundable only if you cancel before submission of your application to INZ.
In such cases, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued (administration and banking charges are not refundable).
After submission:
- No refunds will be granted for delays, policy updates, or visa refusal.
- Payments older than one month cannot be refunded; however, Rayna Tours may issue a service credit for future visa applications.
- All visa requirements, prices, and service details are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Privacy Policy
Please refer to Rayna Tours’ Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected during the visa application process.
8. Use of Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, layout, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Rayna Tourism LLC and protected under copyright law.
Unauthorized actions such as copying, modifying, reproducing, republishing, or selling content are strictly prohibited. Misuse of the Rayna Tours brand, logo, or trademarks may result in legal action.
Rayna Tours is not responsible for the content or safety of third-party websites linked from our platform. Accessing them is at your own risk.
9. Applicable Law & Language
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any disputes arising from the New Zealand visa services offered by Rayna Tours shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE federal courts.
All communication must be conducted in English. Rayna Tours will not be responsible for errors in documents submitted in other languages.

- Systems will be free of viruses or technical issues
