Overview

Visit some of Europe’s most fantastic destinations, such as Rome, Florene, Venice, Kitzbuhel, and Budapest on a single holiday! This Eight - night retreat lets you see the best of the classic European cities, with all accommodations, transfers, and guided excursions included in the package. Starting in Austria, you will travel through Rome, Florence, Venice, and Kitzbuhel before your break ends in Budapest.

Itinerary

Day 1

ROME

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Evening transfer to the Via Cavour district. Welcome to Rome! Upon arrival, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Later, our guide will greet you and provide all the necessary information, which you can also check in the informative panels in the hotel reception area. At the end of the evening we will arrange a transfer to the Via Cavour area, a great introduction to Rome, where you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese and international food.

Day 2

ROME

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Imperial Forums (admission price included). Evening transfer to the Trastevere area. In the morning, we have a scenic tour, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We will visit the tiny state of the Vatican, the epicenter of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. We include the entrance to the Imperial Forums, an impressive architectural complex formed by monumental buildings and squares, center of the political activity of Imperial Rome. At the end of the evening we arrange a transfer to Trastevere area for a stroll in the narrow cobbled streets of the district with hidden treasures, such as some modest medieval churches, small shops with the most peculiar of objects or scenes of daily life. Many trattorias (informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns) imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve your local dishes. Other restaurants serving Indian, Chinese and international food can be found in this area. Return to hotel. Note: on many occasions during the low season, as well as in some specific dates of the rest of the year, instead of the entrance to the Imperial Forums, we will enter the Roman Colosseum, symbol of Rome.

Day 3

ROME - FLORENCE

TODAY’S HIGLIGHTS: Tour with a local expert from Florence. View from Piazzale Michelangelo. Today we will leave Rome, heading north. This route has beautiful landscapes. Arriving in FLORENCE, we head straight to the impressive Piazzale Michelangelo. In the evening we take a tour with a local expert, walking through the historic center, taking in places such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Plaza della Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum. Enjoy some leisure time to explore. In the evening you will have time for dinner, as, in this district you can find many restaurants serving international cuisine.

Day 4

FLORENCE - VENICE

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Boat on Venice’s Canal. Visit and admission to the St. Mark´s Basilica. Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass. Today we enjoy stunning mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains. We will arrive in VENICE and take the boat and cross the Giudecca to the Island of Venice. With a local guide, we will visit the marvelous St. Mark´s Square and enter the Basilica (entrance included). Afterwards, we will visit the Murano Glass Factory. It is fascinating to see the technique of how this ancient glass is made. Enjoy some time at leisure to explore. Accommodation in the Mestre district.

Day 5

VENICE - INNSBRUCK - SALZBURG

We will depart from Venice, traveling to Austria! Upon arriving in Innsbruck, you’ll have time to stroll through the historic city center and enjoy lunch in the Austrian Tyrolean capital. Afterward, we’ll journey along beautiful scenic roads through the mountains to Kitzbühel. Once there, you’ll have time to explore this picturesque village, a famous ski resort where snow can be enjoyed for most of the year. We’ll continue our journey to Salzburg, arriving by the end of the day.

Day 6

SALZBURG - SALZBURG - VIENNA

TToday, we’ll get to know Austria better. During the morning, we´ll explore Salzburg, Mozart’s city. Its Renaissance and Baroque center is filled with beauty, all in the shadow of the grand castle. Next, we’ll travel through lakes and mountains to reach St. Wolfgang, a renowned pilgrimage site in Austria. We’ll then head to Traunkirchen, located beside the beautiful Traunsee Lake, where we’ll take an included cruise to see four of the lake´s castles before disembarking in Gmunden. Afterward, we’ll continue to Vienna, arriving in the evening.

Day 7

VIENNA

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vienna city tour. Gardens of the immense Schönbrunn Palace. Today we take a scenic visit around this impressive city with a local expert. Here we experience its majestic avenues, its palaces and the vibrant city center. Then we head directly to Schönbrunn Palace, where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon of leisure in the city center. In the evening we include a transfer to the neighborhood of Grinzing, an old wine-growing village annexed to the city and known for its traditional taverns. Free time to dine in one of its typical restaurants.

Day 8

VIENNA - BUDAPEST

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Cruise on the Danube, city tour of Budapest, evening transfer. We have an approximately three-hour journey to BUDAPEST, Hungary. Arriving at around 11:30, we will discover Budapest (known as the “Queen of the Danube”) on a boat tour along the river. Budapest is divided by the Danube River, with historic Buda on one side and cosmopolitan Pest on the opposite side. Time for lunch, followed by a scenic tour of the city. After the tour enjoy some leisure time. At the end of the day we finish in the lively area of Vaci Utca, where there are lots of opportunities to take your dinner.

Day 9

BUDAPEST

After breakfast, end of our services.

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
