To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies received on email with you.
Approach a representative and show your booked tickets and slots for verification.
Once verified, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable journey.

Jebel Jais Zipline Important Information

Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. This is required during the activity for verification purposes.
Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date.
The weight should be between a minimum of 40 kg and a maximum of 120 kg. Height should be a minimum of 122 cm.
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and any loose footwear are not allowed. It is recommended to tie up your hair and avoid wearing large accessories such as earrings, bracelets, etc.
For the Jebel Jais Via Ferrata, please wear sturdy trainers or running shoes with good grip.
Small lockers will be provided to store personal items such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones.
The candidate should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time slot booked to ensure a smooth start to the activity.
