• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  
• Shared transfers are only available from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
  
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
  
• Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises
  
• The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.

Kindly be informed that on the day of travel, you must exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at the Burj Khalifa counter. Entry to Burj Khalifa is valid only at your selected time slot, while the Dubai Mall Aquarium can be visited anytime on the same day.
