For reservations involving the first and second guest, the pricing will consistently align with the adult rate, irrespective of age. Surcharges will be applicable for the 3rd & 4th guest sharing the same cabin.

The Single occupant guest will pay 200% of the price mentioned for that particular category of cabin.

Passport with Extended Validity: Ensure your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months beyond your intended travel dates. A physical passport is required at the time of check-in.

Infant Travel with Costa Cruises: Infants 6 months and above are permitted on Costa Cruises provided they possess a valid passport and visa at the time of sailing.

Passengers with special health conditions

Offering a safe and serene onboard experience is our priority, for this reason the Agency is requested to communicate to the customer the obligation to report any need to receive particular treatments or assistance in order to allow Costa Cruises to carry out all appropriate medical assessments regarding the Passenger's suitability to embark. You have to download the Special Need forms, available in the C-Extra library- within 40 days from the departure date - or upon confirmation in the case of bookings made within 40 days of the departure date in order to immediately transmit the documents related to the illness or physical/mental incapacity. If these documents will not be returned - duly completed in all parts, Costa Cruises will not be able to guarantee the provision of accessory services (i.e. transfers, flights) reserved for Passengers who require particular forms of care or assistance and, therefore, reserves the right to cancel the booking by applying any penalty or modify the booking, charging the Passenger for any additional costs incurred by the Company.

Pregnant women

We also remind you that women, who have entered the twenty-fourth week of pregnancy or enter this period during the cruise, will not be allowed to embark. All pregnant women must carry a medical certificate upon boarding, issued by a gynecological specialist, certifying the state of good health of themselves and of the fetus, as well as the suitability to participate in the trip and the pregnancy period.
