Day 1

Arrival in Bali & Transfer to Ubud

On arrival, take in the island's warm, tropical air as you transfer to your lush accommodations in Ubud. Spend the day settling into your serene surroundings and take the evening to explore nearby local markets and cafes at your leisure.

Day 2

Explore Central Bali – Kintamani, Tegenungan Waterfall, Tegallalang Rice Terraces, and Bali Swing

Start your day with a scenic drive to Kintamani, where you'll be greeted by breathtaking, panoramic views of the majestic Mount Batur. This volcanic mountain is a sight to behold, with its rugged peaks and stunning Crater Lake that reflect the sky's calming hues. Next, head to Tegenungan Waterfall, a hidden gem known for its cascading waters and lush surroundings. Continue your exploration with a visit to the iconic Tegallalang Rice Terraces. Day 4

Check in to Kuta & Handara Gate, Ulun Danu, and Tanah Lot Sunset tour

After breakfast, checkout from your hotel in Ubud & proceed to check in at your Kuta Hotel. Begin your exploration with a visit to the renowned Handara Gate, a popular spot celebrated for its striking entrance that frames the lush, verdant background beautifully. Following this, make your way to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, gracefully situated on the serene shores of Lake Beratan. We want your travel experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please go through these important points before your travel.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Rayna Tours, including group tours, customized holidays, corporate travel, and any other domestic, international, or inbound travel arrangements.
Rayna Tours will assist you with your visa application; however, the final decision on approval rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions shared with you at the time of confirming your package.
Any modifications to the confirmed itinerary are subject to availability, and rates may vary depending on the revised travel dates.
Final travel vouchers will be provided 4 days prior to your departure.
Once issued and shared, travel vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The itinerary confirmed via email by your travel consultant will be considered the official and final version of your travel plan.
In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel/schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged (surcharges might be applicable).
In rare cases, certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, union matters, government regulations, or other unexpected events. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements.
Failure to pay the full amount by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking or services, at our sole discretion.
The services included in your package will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded and must be paid for separately.
Price is based on the quoted hotels, transport, and sightseeing options. Any change in category or services will affect the final cost.

Amendment Policy
Amendments to dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Changes requested within 20 days of departure may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

Travel Documents & Visa
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Obtaining visas is the responsibility of the passenger unless stated otherwise.
The company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

Special Requests
Meal preferences, adjoining rooms, early check-ins or specific seat allocations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure services.
Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
Booking made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Flights full payment needs to be paid at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Non-Operational Sightseeing or Activities
In the event that a paid activity is rendered inoperative due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstance, a refund will be initiated. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements. Please note that cash refunds are not applicable in such situations.
For complimentary activities (not charged to the guest), no refund will be applicable.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure Events
In the event of trip cancellation due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, Rayna will make every effort to obtain the highest possible refund. This will be subject to the cancellation policies of our service providers, trade partners, and vendors involved in the booking.

Government-Imposed Travel Restrictions
In case of an official travel ban for Indian nationals to the booked destination, guests will be offered either an alternative itinerary or, where possible, a rescheduled trip to a later date. Seasonal surcharges may apply in such cases.
