• You may receive a voucher or ticket, depending on the type of tour chosen. In case of a voucher, it is a must to download a ticket from the Booking Admin Panel and carry the ticket separately.
• To ensure a smooth arrival, make sure to have your E-voucher/E-ticket downloaded and ready.
• Approach a representative to assist you.
• Once verified, you can proceed to enter and embark on an exhilarating experience.

• Please carry a valid ID or passport with you.
  
• Please ensure that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the designated show time.
  
• The entry fee for tourists is 5 AED per ticket, while UAE residents are required to pay 30 AED using their NOL card. This fee is imposed by the Dubai Municipality.
• For regular seats, Monday, Friday, and Saturday at 11:00 am, as well as Friday at 6:00 pm, are on a free seating basis. It is advisable to arrive early to secure favorable seating.
• Please note that seating availability is subject to demand. In the event that the show reaches full capacity, guests will be requested to wait for the next available time slot.
• Child tickets are applicable for individuals aged 2 to 12 years. Children under 2 years of age can attend free of charge.
• For water activities, children must be at least 8 years old and possess confident swimming abilities.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
